Gordon W Adam - Senior Executive
Gordon W Adam is Senior Advisor to PINNACLE RE-TEC based on 40 years experience in the rotating equipment service industry. He built and ran a substantial service business including Re-Engineering facilities. With his extensive regional experience in the UK, Middle East and Africa, he is responsible for developing the ME region for PINNACLE RE-TEC.
Toby F Heintz - Managing Director
Toby F Heintz has an engineering degree from Germany (Dipl.Ing.) and an MBA from INSEAD and a track record of more than 10 years in the service industry. With an in depth knowledge and experience in sales management and development of service businesses, he is responsible for making sure that everything is in place to enable PINNACLE RE-TEC to deliver on its promises.
Ernie Kilgour - Business Development Director Overseas
Ernie Kilgour has been the operations manager and head engineer for a successful re-engineering company and comes with 30 years of hands-on experience in this field. He has pioneered many solutions of the modern Re-Engineering discipline that enable him in conjunction with extensive technical know-how to re-engineer even the most complex components in superior quality convincing customers all over the world of the advantages of non-OEM spares.
Clive Porter - Business Development Director UK
Clive Porter (MSc, MecEng, MIMMM) is a highly qualified mechanical engineer with 20 years experience within the repair and reclamation industry. He has in depth knowledge of engineering raw materials and coatings techniques. His expertise includes problem solving for components subject to mechanical and/or chemical attack and has an MSc in Surface Design & Engineering to his name.
Frank Toole - Assistant Manager
Frank Toole has been re-engineering components for rotating machinery for many companies all over the world in the last 30 years. His know-how include all production and manufacturing aspects of components as well as the engineering disciplines necessary to ensure accuracy and quality of the products. An early adaptor of the CMM technology he has made substantial improvements to the re-engineering of hydraulic profiles and other complex geometries.
Michael Wilson - Design Engineer
Michael Wilson has learned all traditional aspects of the machining (CNC) and re-engineering disciplines before becoming an expert in 3D CAD design. His know-how of modern CMM hardware and software allows him to accurately model complex geometries and edit them to accurately reflect the original design intent of even the most damaged samples. He has recently started training other engineers in those disciplines.
Brian Uren - Fitting Shop Manager
Brian Uren has 40 years of hands-on experience in servicing pumps of all kinds, in workshops as well as on site. In this time, he has worked for some of the biggest names in the industry and fixed pumps for many international blue-chip companies literally all over the world. His knowledge has earned him a reputation as an expert in his field who will successfully analyse the failure mode of a pump as well as then strip, repair and rebuild everything from a process pump to a multistage high pressure pump.
